uupk Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the uupk website located at uupk.ws (the "Platform"), including its sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and any other gaming services offered now or in the future. The Terms are binding on all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

uupk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uupk will update the "Last Updated" date visible in the page hero section. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use the uupk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by uupk for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from any medical condition that impairs your capacity to engage in online gambling responsibly.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of uupk or any of its affiliated game providers.

uupk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being made — will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, uupk will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. uupk is not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information provided by the Player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify uupk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. uupk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

uupk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion, uupk may require you to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit unless a deposit limit has been set by the Player through responsible gaming settings.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your uupk wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• uupk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit (the "same source" rule).
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (24/7). Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time at uupk's discretion.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
• uupk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the Platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform interface to represent this currency. uupk does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

uupk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as local celebrations including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the uupk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Cricket betting is subject to the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.) for the tournament or series in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

uupk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults, match abandonment, event cancellation, or where prohibited conduct is suspected. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to network latency. uupk does not guarantee that live odds reflect real-time match conditions at the exact moment a bet is confirmed. Bets placed during a connectivity disruption may be subject to review. uupk will not be responsible for bets placed on stale odds where the delay was caused by the Player's internet connection.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

uupk applies maximum payout limits to individual betting markets. These limits are disclosed in the specific sport or market rules. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be reduced to the applicable limit, and the excess will not be paid. This policy applies across all sports and game types including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets available on the Platform.

7. Casino Games

No compensation is payable for interrupted sessions beyond the return of the affected stake.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

These games are subject to the game provider's own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players must familiarise themselves with table minimums and maximums before joining a live game. uupk is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers where the outcome is consistent with the published game rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uupk Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in any way attempting to influence the outcome of an event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicitly obtained money.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• VPN or proxy misuse: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system on the Platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

uupk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction.

If an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at uupk's discretion. If an account is closed at the Player's own request (and no breach has occurred), the remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after any applicable withdrawal checks are completed.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

uupk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uupk employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all connections to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uupk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party service disruptions (including payment provider outages) are not within uupk's control and shall not give rise to any claim against uupk.

13. Amendments to These Terms

uupk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, uupk may notify registered Players via email or a notification within the Platform, but such notification is not guaranteed for all changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange the return of any real-money balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute between you and uupk arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting uupk's support team at [email protected]. uupk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English. uupk's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, account management, bonus eligibility, and bet settlement shall be considered final in the first instance, subject to the formal dispute process described above.
